How Message Actions Work
- User triggers a journey – The assistant determines which message should be shown.
- Message action is executed – A predefined response is displayed.
- User input is processed – The journey continues based on the next action.
Configuring Message Actions
Messages can be added at any point in a journey to provide instructions, confirmations, or guidance.
Adding a Message to a Journey
- Open a journey in the Journey Builder.
- Click the Message action from the left-side panel.
- Enter the message text.
- Click Save to add it to the journey flow.
Editing a Message Action
- Open an existing journey and locate the message action.

- Click Update to save changes.
