Managing Team Members
Steps to add, invite, and remove team members in Refly.
Introduction
This guide will help you manage your team members in Refly. Follow the steps below to add, invite, and remove team members effectively.
Accessing Team Management
Navigate to Company Settings
- Click on the user icon located at the top right corner of the page.
- From the dropdown menu, select Company Settings.
Go to the Team Section
- In the Company Settings page, click on the Team tab.
Adding a Team Member
Click on Add Member
- Click the Add Member button to open the invitation modal.
Enter Email and Assign Role
- In the modal, enter the email address of the user you want to invite.
- Assign a role to the user from the available options.
Send Invitation
- Click Submit to send the invitation.
- The invited user will receive an email with an invitation link.
Managing Invitations
Cancel an Invitation
- If the invited user has not yet accepted or rejected the invitation, you can cancel it.
- To cancel an invitation, locate the pending invitation and click on Cancel.
Removing a Team Member
- To remove a team member, locate the member you want to remove in the list.
- Click on Remove next to their name.
