Messaging campaigns

Manage and personalize your marketing email campaigns via supported integrations.

Overview

Use Messaging campaigns to bring your provider campaigns into Refly, keep them in sync, and personalize them safely. Today, Klaviyo is supported with both manual and automatic personalization options.

Campaign statuses

You'll see these high-level statuses for campaigns synced into Refly:

  • Draft: The campaign is still being prepared and not scheduled.
  • Scheduled: The campaign has a future send time and is ready to go.
  • Sending: The campaign is in the middle of sending.
  • Sent: The campaign has finished sending.
  • Cancelled: The campaign was cancelled before sending completed.
  • Unknown: Status could not be determined from the provider.

Personalization can be started when a campaign is Draft or Scheduled. For campaigns that are Sending, Sent, Cancelled, or Unknown, the manual trigger will be disabled.

Cancel personalization

If you start personalization and then change your mind, you can cancel it directly from the Campaigns table:

  • Use the same action icon: While personalization is in progress, the sparkle icon turns into a cancel icon. Click it to cancel.
  • Cancelling state: The row shows “Cancelling” while we stop any in-flight jobs and queue clean up.
  • Cancelled result: Once done, the row shows “Cancelled”. You can still personalize again later if needed.

Supported integrations

Klaviyo

Personalize Draft or Scheduled email campaigns. Scheduled campaigns can be personalized automatically by adding the tag "Refly: Personalize" in Klaviyo, or manually via the sparkle icon in Refly.
