Contacts sit at the center of Refly's personalization engine. They represent people and identifiers available across all workspaces. If a contact isn't present in Refly, they won't receive personalized experiences.

How contacts get added
When you connect tools like Klaviyo or Shopify, Refly can sync contacts from those sources.
Basic steps
Open Contacts
Go to All workspaces and choose Contacts.
Add or edit
Create a new contact or update an existing one. Include the identifiers you rely on (for example, email or phone).
Use in workflows
Contacts are available when personalizing campaigns in Marketing and for assistant context in Customer service.
