Introduction to Workspaces

Refly uses three workspaces plus a main area. The same personalization engine powers all of them.

Why Use Workspaces?

  • Stay organized - Marketing, Customer service, and Website each have their own view.
  • Stay focused - Personalize campaigns, power the assistant, and adapt website experiences.
  • Central management - Use All workspaces for shared setup and data.

Switching Between Workspaces

To switch between workspaces:

Open the Workspace Switcher

  • Click on the Workspace Switcher in the top-left corner.
  • A dropdown menu will display the available predefined workspaces.

Switch workspace

  • Use the workspace switcher to select Marketing, Customer service, or Website.

Understanding Workspace Structure

What you'll do:

  • Marketing - Personalize marketing related work.
  • Customer service - Configure the assistant and knowledge.
  • Website - Personalize on-site experiences.
  • All workspaces - Manage connections, contacts, profile/company settings, and other shared items.
